Delivery
Orders for wallpaper, fabrics, trimmings and paints, etc are normally despatched within 3 working days of your order being processed (subject to stock availability)
It will be necessary for the carrier to obtain a signature for receipt of delivery so please ensure that we have a delivery address at which someone will be available to provide a signature
We normally make a charge to cover packaging and delivery. Where supplied direct from the manufacturer, this will be at cost

If the goods you buy are damaged in transit, we will arrange immediate replacement or refund. Please keep all the original packaging and we will arrange to have the goods returned at our expense
